Children up to 12 years are not allowed to travel without their parents. Children between 12-18 years must have an authorized statement from their parents. Our recommended pick up time is 4 hours before your flight departure, but it all depends from different factors. That is why it is mandatory for you to contact us 24 hours prior your departure, so we can confirm the pickup time with you. If you need to depart from your destination earlier to the airport/port, or you would like a different pick up point, please send us one email and let us know at least 48 hours before departure.

Our agent will wait for you as soon as you pass thru arrival doors at the terminal. Usually it’s very busy there so look carefully for board with our logo. Also, you can look for our bus at the bus terminal as soon as you exit airport building where all buses are parked. Bus will have our golden logo (shown below) on the windshield and our driver will have your info with him.
